Property Reconstruction Update
Thank you for your interest in our property. As you may know, many properties in Treasure Island, including Tropic Terrace, were affected by the hurricanes in September and October of 2024. Our property is currently undergoing a reconstruction project, with significant updates to the first-floor units and common areas.
Unit owners are working diligently to remodel their spaces, and we are also making improvements to the shared areas. To ensure you have the most up-to-date information on the unit you’re interested in, as well as the status of the common areas, please contact Florida Vacation Rental (formerly Belloise) before booking your stay.
